Cancellations and refunds
These rules apply to Private Zone Desk sittings, Evening Zone Studio seats, and Marked Chart Review hours booked with Keen Archway Co., Ltd. They were last revised in April 2026.
What can be refunded
Sitting fees paid by bank transfer can be refunded in whole or in part depending on when you cancel. The fee covers the booked hour in the chart room and the sheets printed for that hour.
Timeframe and conditions
If you cancel a confirmed sitting by email at least 48 hours before the start, we refund the fee in full. Between 24 and 48 hours before the start, we refund half. Inside 24 hours, and if you do not attend, the fee is kept. The clock uses Korea Standard Time and the start printed in the confirmation email.
The same windows apply to a Wednesday studio seat. The seat was held for you, and the packet is printed for the headcount we confirmed.
Rescheduling
You may move a confirmed sitting once, without a fee, if you write at least 48 hours before the original start and we have another open hour within the next 30 days. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the windows above. We may offer a new date if illness closes the room; in that case you may take the new date or a full refund.
Work already started
Once a sitting has begun, the time already spent is not refunded. If we have to stop because of a fault on our side — a room that cannot be used, or a printer failure we cannot cure by extending the hour — we refund the unused portion or book a replacement hour, at your choice.
Printed sheets
Sheets printed for a sitting you attend are part of the fee and are not separately refundable; you keep them. If you cancel inside the window where the fee is kept, we do not also charge for paper. If you cancel early enough for a full refund, any packet already printed for a studio evening is our cost, not an extra bill to you.
Deposits and payment
We do not take a separate deposit. The figure on the fees page is the sitting fee, paid by transfer after we confirm. Until that transfer is identified, the hour is not held and there is nothing to refund. The website does not charge a card.
No-shows
If you have not arrived within 20 minutes of the start and have not written, we may release the desk. The fee follows the inside-24-hours rule and is not refunded. If you arrive later and we still have the hour free, we can sit for the time that remains without a further charge, and we do not extend past the booked end.
If we end a sitting for conduct
Where we stop a sitting because the room is being used to pressure another participant, the unused time is not refunded. Time already spent is not refunded either. This is the exception to the unused-portion rule, and it is applied only in that case.
How to ask, and how long it takes
Send cancellation and refund requests to info@keenarchway.click or telephone 02-538-1982. Include the name on the booking, the sitting type, and the confirmed date. Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that paid, within 7 business days after we confirm the amount. We write if the account details are missing.
