Privacy notice
This notice explains how Keen Archway Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you enquire about a chart sitting or visit the website. It was last revised in April 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Keen Archway Co., Ltd., 12 Teheran-ro 4-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06241, Republic of Korea. Email info@keenarchway.click. Telephone 02-538-1982. Kim Minjun is the person responsible for requests about personal information.
What we collect
From the visit form: your name, email address, chosen sitting, preferred date, and the message you write, which often includes an instrument name. If you telephone or email, we keep the same kinds of details plus the correspondence needed to confirm a booking. We do not ask for a resident registration number, a brokerage login, or account balances.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer you, hold or release a desk time, print the right charts, and keep a record of fees and cancellations. The legal bases we rely on under the Personal Information Protection Act are your consent when you send the form, and our need to perform the sitting you booked or to keep records the tax rules require.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless a dispute is still open. Booking notes, transfer references, and sitting sheets we filed are kept for 24 months after the sitting, then deleted or shredded. Tax records are kept for the period Korean tax law requires, which may be longer. You may ask us to delete an enquiry earlier if no booking or legal hold applies.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to suspend processing, within the limits of the Personal Information Protection Act. You may withdraw consent for future mail about studio dates without affecting a sitting already confirmed. Send requests to info@keenarchway.click. We answer within the period the Act requires. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Staff who teach or confirm sittings can read booking notes. A bank sees the transfer you initiate. If the law requires a disclosure, we limit it to what the request covers.
International transfers
Our records and staff are in South Korea. We do not routinely send booking files abroad. When your browser loads typefaces for this website, it contacts Google’s font service, which may process your IP address outside Korea under Google’s own terms. That request is made by your browser to display the pages. Chart images on the site are files we host ourselves.
Cookies
The cookie note at /cookies/ describes the consent record stored in your browser. We do not use an analytics cookie.
Children
Sittings are arranged with adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
